We are continuing to address the disruption affecting Backup and Restore jobs within the me-central-1 (UAE) region. Currently, several AWS Availability Zones remain significantly impaired due to physical infrastructure damage in the UAE region. While we continue to collaborate closely with AWS, there is no substantive update on a full restoration timeline at this time. We have identified degraded performance with the Backup and Restore services of PowerProtect Backup Services Cloud due to an ongoing service outage reported by AWS in the me-central-1 region. As a result of this AWS platform issue, there may be a potential impact on Backup and Restore operations. Teams are actively working on a priority to mitigate the outage.
